Lincoln Mayorga, pianist, composer, and
arranger has toured internationally with a
highly versatile repertoire. Known as the
"The People's Pianist," he has performed and
recorded with a wide range of artists from
Phil Ochs, Walt Disney Studios,
The Limeliters, Mel Torme, Amanda McBroom,
Barbara Streisand, Ketty Lester, Marni Nixon,
The Four Preps, Arnold Steinhardt,
Itzhak Perlman,Frank Zappa, and
The Piltdown Men. His recordings range from
classical to jazz to pop and include
"Sophisticated Innocence," "Fiddle-De-Bop,"
and "A Bouquet Of Familiar Classics." More
recently he tours the country playing a mean
Chopin and his own composition for piano and
orchestra, "Angel's Flight." He is co-founder,
along with Doug Sax, of the pioneer audiophile
label, Sheffield Lab (which is now available
through TownHall Records)
